Custom Made-to-Order Products All our products are custom printed on-demand specifically for you. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any issues with your order.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at info@sanctifiedstyle.com within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and photos of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
- If approved, we'll provide return instructions or send a replacement
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if required), we will send you an email confirmation and process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items Because every item is custom printed on-demand specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selected at checkout. We fully cover all defects and quality issues — just send us a photo and we'll make it right.
Quality Guarantee We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, we will replace it or provide a full refund at no cost to you.
